Refund Policy for 100 Pawcent Pet Products

Thank you for shopping at 100 Pawcent Pet Products. We take pride in the quality of the pet products we offer. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both parties.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return if:
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in the original packaging.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and hazardous materials.
Non-Returnable Items

To Complete Your Return

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [insert contact information] for exchange instructions.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
