- All listed prices are exclusive of VAT.

- Orders under £150 are subject to a shipping fee at cost, typically around £9.50 for deliveries within the UK mainland.

- Expect delivery within 2-5 working days for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).

- For orders up to £150, a maximum delivery charge of £9.50 applies.

- Orders exceeding £150 are eligible for complimentary shipping within the UK mainland.

- Deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Islands usually take 4-7 working days.

- A minimum order value of £150 is required for these regions.

- Delivery fees for orders between £150 and £300 are set at £40, £30 for orders between £300 and £500, and orders above £500 receive free delivery.

- For Northern Ireland, Europe, and other international destinations, orders will be prepared and packed, with delivery charges calculated and confirmed for payment once all fees are agreed upon.

- Our company is not liable for any consequential losses, damages, loss of profits, or failure to fulfil contracts under any circumstances.

- Any complaints regarding faulty goods or shortages must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery to our customer service email.

- We are registered in Gloucestershire, UK.

UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands):

- Normal delivery timeline is 2-5 working days from order receipt.
